A big man who serves as the waka gashira of the Takabane gang, which is based in Morimiya City. He has a threatening appearance to him that overwhelms those around him, but is a chivalrous yakuza who doesn’t allow himself to go against the gang’s moral code. Members of the gang admire him and refer to him as “Aniki.” Nowadays, the Takabane gang sets up office in the Hourai-chou neighborhood where delinquents are frequently causing incidents.
